Komets Break Franchise Attendance Record; Team Sets New Record with 8,157 Fans Per Home Game

April 15, 2024 - Fort Wayne, IN - After an announced crowd of 10,335 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum on Sunday, the Komets set the all-time franchise record for average attendance in a season, breaking the previous mark of 8,090 during the shortened 2019-20 season. After four losses to end the season, the Komets could not qualify for the Kelly Cup playoffs for the first time since 2013, finishing fifth in the Central Division with a record of 35-30-3-4 for 77 points. Komets Climb Back into Playoff Position

April 8, 2024 - Fort Wayne, IN - With two wins over the weekend, the Komets have climbed back into the fourth and final playoff spot in the Central Division with four games remaining. The team is one point back of third place, Wheeling, and one point up on fifth place, Kalamazoo. The Komets will go head-to-head with the Nailers on Wednesday in Wheeling before hosting Indy on Friday. Komets Two Points Back of Third Place

April 1, 2024 - Fort Wayne, IN - The Komets gained three out of a possible four points last week and currently sit in fifth place in the Central Division, just one point back of fourth place Kalamazoo and two points behind third place Wheeling. The Komets will travel to Wheeling on Friday. The team will host Indy on Saturday for Orange Out Night at 7:30 p.m. before traveling to Kalamazoo on Sunday.
