April 18, 2024 - With the clock ticking down only minutes before the trade deadline, Magnus Hellberg was notified that he had been traded. Checkers Fall Short in 4-3 Loss to Hershey

April 17, 2024 - The Checkers battled against the league-leading Bears but couldn't quite finish the job, ultimately falling 4-3. Things started rocky for the visitors, as Hershey jumped out with two goals in the first four minutes of action - the second of which came via a penalty shot. Checkers Announce First-Round Playoff Schedule

April 17, 2024 - Team will host entirety of series at Bojangles Coliseum beginning April 25 The Charlotte Checkers today announced the schedule for their First Round Calder Cup Playoff series. The entirety of the best-of-three series will be played at Bojangles Coliseum against a to-be-determined opponent beginning on Thursday, April 25. AHL Suspends Patrick Khodorenko for One Game

April 16, 2024 - The AHL announced today that it has suspended Patrick Khodorenko for one game. The suspension comes as a result of a cross-checking incident in Sunday's game against Hartford. Khodorenko will miss Wednesday's game in Hershey.... Full Story
