Utica City FC Signs Kenardo Forbes and Darren Toby

Utica, N.Y. - Utica City FC announced today that the club has signed Kenardo Forbes and Darren Toby for the upcoming 2018-2019 season, with both players contracted to the end of City's inaugural season. Per team and league policies, terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
