SAINT JOHN - The Saint John Sea Dogs are proud to name defenceman Bailey Webster team captain for the remainder of the 2017-18 season. The 20-year-old from Kelvin Grove, PEI, is the 15th captain in franchise history. He had been an alternate captain for Saint John.
